Take the required amount of our black karuppu Kavuni Kali mix & mix it with water to dosa batter consistency . Pour the mixture into a Pan greased with gingelly oil to prevent sticking, & stir continously until it thickens to a Kali like consistency. Once fully cooked. remove from heat Serve it with either country sugar palm jaggery. serve not & enjoy this delicious soothing Kali.

நமது கருப்பு கவுனி களி மிக்ஸ் தேவையான அளவு எடுத்து தண்ணீர் சேர்த்து தோசை மாவு பக்குவத்தில் கரைத்து அதை ஒரு சட்டியில் ஒட்டாதவாறு நல்லெண்ணெய் ஊற்றி களி பக்குவத்தில் வரும் வரை கிளறி கொண்டே இருக்க வேண்டும். களிப்பக்குவம் வந்தவுடன் சட்டியை கீழே இறக்கி அத்துடன் நாட்டு சர்க்கரையோ (அ) மண்டை வெல்லமோ சேர்த்து பரிமாற வேண்டும்.
